IMPORTANT INFORMATION

ORDERS

  • Once an order has been placed it may take up to 48 hours to be processed and dispatched from our warehouse due to the high volume of orders.
  • You will receive email or SMS notification on the status of your order with tracking information. Please ensure you have provided the correct contact details for email or contact number when placing your order. Please check spam and junk folders for any emails.
  • If an item you have ordered is out of stock you will automatically be refunded for the item and notified on email. If you have ordered multiple items the remaining items will be dispatched as normal.
  • Please ensure you have ordered the correct size / colour as we cannot guarantee to make any changes before dispatching.
  • Enter your delivery address and contact details accurately as once your order has been dispatched we will not be able to amend your address. If this information is entered incorrectly this will severely delay your order up to 14 days and you will incur additional charges if we need to ship your order a second time.
  • You may qualify for a free gift in an exclusive promotion which will be advertised. The free gift will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. availability is limited and stock may sell out. To avoid disappointment order as soon as you can and do not wait. Free gifs in exclusive promotions will not be restocked. 
  • A free item may be available in various sizes. Select the correct size as we do not accept returns with free gifts. Any free items that are returned to us in error will not be returned back to you.
  • Next day delivery orders must be placed before 1pm Monday to Friday otherwise orders will be processed the next working day.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

  • We aim to reply to your emails within 48 hours, this does not include weekends.
  • Contact us with your order number and full name in the subject your email. This will speed up our response time. Order numbers start with 180 and you will find this at the top section of your invoice and on your order confirmation.
  • We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, UK public or UK bank holidays.

EXTENDED RETURNS

  • The length of the time we take to process your return may be longer than usual. Please follow the instructions on the returns form this will speed up the process and prevent any delays.
  • Our returns policy has extended for UK orders from 17 November 2023 to be returned by 5 January 2024 for a refund, exchange or store credit If the returns policy and guidelines are followed.
  • Orders placed before 17 November 2023 will follow our standard 14 days returns policy for UK customers and 30 days customers based outside of the UK. Orders after 5 January 2024  follow our standard 14 days returns policy for UK customers and 30 days customers based outside 
  • Free items must be returned if you request a refund for the associated order, free items must returned to us before a refund can be processed.
  • Free items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for other products.
  • Your return will be processed within 7-14 days from the date we receive your return. Please keep a record of tracking information to ensure it was successfully delivered to us. We are not responsible for any returns until they are successfully delivered back to us.
  • If we cannot fulfil your exchange request we will automatically refund your return and you will be notified on email.
  • If your returns form is incomplete or missing then a refund will be issued automatically.
