Following the latest announcements from the government, new measures will apply nationally up to Wednesday, 2 December 2020. We remain open as normal and firm in our prioritisation of the health and well-being of our community. We continue to take sufficient measures following the governments guidelines to ensure we protect the welfare of you, our customers and our team.

The utmost hygiene and care is taken when packaging and shipping orders. Royal Mail, Hermes and DHL continue to deliver orders as usual. In some cases you may experience a slight delay, we are working closely with our shipping services to ensure you receive your orders as quickly as possible.

Our courier services are now offering a contact-free delivery and you will no longer be required to sign hand-held devices, for your safety the driver will sign on your behalf. Full track and trace functionality will still be available, giving you complete visibility as normal.
