How do I return my items to you?

When receiving your parcel from us you will also receive an order invoice and a returns form. Please complete this form stating your name and order number (which can be found on your invoice or confirmation email) and then note down the items you wish to return.

To make it easy for us to process we also ask for you choose from our pre-set return reasons so we know exactly why you wish to return. Once this form is completed place it in the packaging along with the returning items.

How do you decide if I am eligible for a return?

We try our best to ensure the process of returns runs smoothly for our customers but we do need to ensure that the returns we receive follow our guidelines. See Guidelines here. Returns must follow these guidelines to receive a refund.

Can I get a refund on my returns postage?


To return your items too us please fill out the returns form and place this back inside the bag you received your items in and reseal using the sticky edge found under the removable foil. We offer a free returns option via the link above. Please follow the link and enter the "information required to ensure your return reaches us.

You will then receive a label which needs to be printed out and attached to your parcel. You can return your parcel using any local post office. CLICK HERE to find your nearest post office.

We can only accept items returned to us within 28 days from the date your order was received. All items must be returned to us before a refund or replacement is issued. Items must be returned to us in an unworn and unwashed condition, deemed fit for resale with tags still attached.

When will my return be processed?

We try to process our returns within 7 days from receiving them. As soon as your item has been refunded we will notify you on email and the refund will be processed straight away. The time taken for the funds to arrive in your account will depend on your bank provider but should typically take 1-3 working days. Over peak periods customer service team will aim to reply within 48 hours & returns we cannot guarantee any returns will be processed within 7 days. Extended returns will be accepted until Friday 10 January 2020.
