Extended returns policy

We have extended our returns policy to 8 January 2021 so you can start your Christmas shopping early this year.

How do I return my items to you?

When receiving your order you will receive an invoice, a returns form is located on the back. Please complete this form as it is essential for us to process your request quickly.

UK returns service with Royal Mail

To return your items please complete the returns form and enclose back inside the bag you received your items in, reseal using the sticky edge under the removable foil. We offer a returns option below. Follow the link and enter the information required.


This method will cost you £2.50 and will be deducted from your refund. If you wish to exchange your items there will be no extra charge.

You are required to print a label and attach to the outside of the parcel. You can process a return using any local post office. If you have difficulties printing the returns label then your local Post Office will do this for you.


For UK customers we accept items returned to us within 14 days from the date you received your order.

Outside of the UK returns

If you are based outside of the UK we accept items returned to us within 28 days from the date your order was received. All items must be returned before a refund or exchange can be processed.

it is your responsibility to cover the total returns cost. We only accept your return for a refund, we do not offer an exchange facility. Return items to us and reorder from website for a replacement. 

When will my return be processed?

Returns will be processed within 2-3 working days of us receiving your return. As soon as your item has been refunded or exchanged we will notify you on email. Funds will arrive in your account between 1-3 working days and this may slightly vary depending on your bank provider. In the unlikely event that your refund or exchange has not been processed within 7 days of us receiving your return please contact orders@gfnclothing.com.

Unacceptable returns

If you return items after the stated returns period or we deem the item to be in a non-saleable condition we will hold the item until we have received £3.99 to cover the shipping cost.

Final sale items

All items visibly marked with [Final Sale] in product title are non refundable and non exchangeable.
