I've received a faulty item?

In the unlikely circumstance that you have received an item that is faulty, please email us at orders@gfnclothing.com so we can either refund or replace the item.

 

At this stage we will request some information from you regarding the fault, an image, or a description to help resolve the matter for you as quickly as possible.

 

Once your request to return the item has been approved we will ask you to complete the returns form, fully and accurately, stating the return reason is ‘5’ (faulty item) and for you to provide some detail about the fault and where this can be found.  

 

For UK orders only we will then send you a link, for you to print a free returns shipping label. When we receive your returned parcel we will then process your return and if your item is deemed as faulty we will either refund or replace the item.

 

For International orders only, you must pay for the return postage via a courier of your choice. Please keep a proof of postage receipt as we will refund the postage when we receive your returned parcel and if your item is deemed as faulty. We will also process either a refund or replace the item.
