I am a UK Customer, what are my delivery options?  

If you need to cancel or change your order please email our Customer Care team orders@gfnclothing.com displaying CANCEL or CHANGE MY ORDER in the subject. There are varying time limits in which you can cancel your order dependent on which delivery option you've chosen 

Next Day Delivery- 15 minutes after completing your order 

Standard Delivery- 60 minutes after completing your order

If its too late for our Customer Care team to cancel your order you can return the package to us once you have received it. For more information on how to return your order click here


I have received a faulty item or wrong item in my order, what should I do?

If you have received a faulty item from us please send the item back to us ensuring you have made it clear on the returns form that it is faulty within 14 days of receiving the item.

Our Customer Care team will process your return and refund your postage to compensate for the cost of return. If you have not received any contact email orders@gfnclothing.com with your customer web number.


I am missing an item from my order, what should I do?

If you are missing an item from your order please email orders@gfnclothing.com with your customer web number immediately and our Customer Care Team and the missing item will be sent to you with next day delivery.


Why haven't I received an order confirmation email?

Every order placed with us will receive an order confirmation email. In some instances this may be directed to your junk folder. If you are still unable to find the confirmation email please log into your account check your email is correct and check "my order history" for recent orders.

Can I cancel or change a gift voucher?

If you need to cancel a gift voucher please contact our Customer Care Team within 60 minutes of completing it. If that timescale has already gone and the voucher hasn't been used or locked to an account get in touch with our Customer Care Team and we will cancel it for you.

 

The price has changed since I ordered it, can I get a refund?

As an online business, our prices change in response to fashion trends, stock and demand for customers. In this case we will not refund the difference.
