What delivery options are available to me?

We offer a wide range of delivery services for both UK customers and International customers. Once you reach the checkout you will be given the available delivery options to your location.


What customer bracket do I fall into?

Our delivery service is split into three categories.

UK Customers Include:

UK – Mainland, UK - Non-Mainland, UK - Northern Ireland, UK - Channel Islands (Jersey), UK - Channel Islands (Guernsey)


European Customers Include:

Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Kazakstan, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macedonia (FYR), Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Vatican City State


Rest of the World Customers Include:

Any countries which have not been mentioned above including USA, Canada, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong and Singapore are listed as Rest of the World.


I am a UK Customer, what are my delivery options?  

-Standard Delivery (£3.50) and Free when you spend over £60.00. This service is Tracked and delivered by Hermes in 3-5 Working Days (Monday to Friday)

-Express Delivery (Next Day £6.49) and Free when you spend over £100.00. This service is tracked and delivered by DPD on the Next Working Day (Monday to Friday)

-Premium Delivery (Next Day Before 12pm £9.99) This service is Tracked and delivered by DPD the next working Day before 12pm (Monday to Sunday)

-Saturday Delivery (Next Saturday £9.99) This service is Tracked and delivered by DPD the next Saturday

I am a European Customer, what are my delivery options?  

-Standard Delivery (£14.00) and Free when you spend over £200.00. This service is Tracked and delivered by Skynet in 7-9 Working Days (Monday to Friday)

-Fast Tracked (£16.00) This service is Tracked and delivered by Skynet in 3-5 Working Days (Monday to Friday)

I am a Rest of the World Customer, what are my delivery options?  

-Standard Delivery (£20.00) and Free when you spend over £200.00. This service is Tracked and delivered by Skynet in 10-14 Working Days (Monday to Friday)

-Fast Tracked (£25.00) This service is Tracked and delivered by Skynet in 5-7 Working Days (Monday to Friday)

Will my parcels be charged customs and import charges?

You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel.

GFN has no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.


I have made my order after 2:30pm on a Friday, when will I receive my order?

Standard delivery is dispatched up to 5 working days, these periods run until the close of business on that day. If you place your order after 2:30pm on a working day, or a non working day, these periods run from the start of the next following working day.

These periods are indicative only, and whilst we will make every effort to ensure that you receive your delivery in good time, we do not guarantee delivery before the end of the specified period.


Where is my order?

If you have not received your order please contact our customer service team on orders@gfnclothing.com before contacting please allow the time specified on your delivery service. Our customer service team will be in contact with you within 24 hours and in busy periods 48 hours. In the meantime, don’t panic we will ensure your item reaches you ASAP. 


Can I have my parcel redirected to somewhere else?

For your security we aren't able to change the address your order is being sent to. Don't worry – if you're not in when a delivery is attempted our carrier will leave a card advising how to arrange a redelivery or where you can pick up your parcel.

 

What happens if I’m not in when my order arrives?

UK Customers

Someone needs to be in when your parcel is due to be delivered as we may need a signature. Don’t worry if you aren’t as our carrier usually tries to deliver more than once. Alternatively, they will leave a card confirming they have either left it with a neighbour, left it in a safe place, when they will try to redeliver or give you details on how to collect it.

International Customers

If you are not in when your parcel arrives, the carrier will leave a card telling you where it is. It might be left in a safe place or there will be details on how to pick up your order or rearrange delivery.
